Mission

At Microvision, our mission is to deliver state-of-the-art simulation, training, and visualization technologies that meet the evolving needs of our clients. We don’t just adopt cutting-edge tools — we engineer custom solutions from the ground up. Every project is guided by a careful understanding of user-specific needs, and built using the most reliable, up-to-date technologies available. Whether it’s a multi-user training simulator or a real-time decision-support system, we bring our full technical depth and experience to deliver solutions that work — precisely, and reliably.

Our Leadership

Microvision’s leadership combines decades of field, engineering, and defense expertise. Our executive team includes veterans and technical experts who deeply understand the environments our systems are designed for.

Our Innovation Philosophy

We don’t just follow trends — we shape them.
At Microvision, R&D isn’t an afterthought — it’s embedded in our DNA. Our engineers, scientists, and domain experts are constantly working on ways to unlock the next generation of immersive solutions. This includes:

  • Navigation systems based on Earth’s magnetic field
  • Computer vision–powered medical simulation
  • Custom-built training systems using indigenous and international technologies
  • Real-time simulation engines and AI-integrated avatars
  • Metaverse-based multi-user learning environments

These innovations are not theoretical — they are in progress, field-tested, and often developed from scratch to suit operational demands.

Built by Experts. Refined by Purpose.

Our biggest strength is our people — a unique blend of veterans, engineers, researchers, and designers who don’t just understand requirements, but can translate them into highly specialized, fully functional systems.

With strong partnerships (including with Barco, the world leader in simulation-grade displays), a subsidiary training school (SOA – School of Animation), and over 30 years of international experience, Microvision continues to push boundaries where it matters most.
